Sourdough Focaccia

Sourdough Foccaccia (proofed for 24-36 hrs) made with just four ingredients - whole grain flour, sourdough starter, salt and olive oil. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. No maida, no commercial yeast or added sugar.
